All YES Prep parents and guardians are REQUIRED to complete Annual Student Enrollment forms. Annual Student Enrollment forms ensure important student information is up to date every year. The deadline to complete the form is Monday, July 29, 2024. Families who complete the form by July 29th will be entered into a uniform raffle.
We will be raffling off a free uniform t-shirt/polo when we are at 50 % completion. As of 7/16 we are at 40%, If you want to be part of the raffle please submit the Annual Student Enrollment form on Skyward by July 29th. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
