Cell Phone Usage

Hi families, in order to ensure the safety of our students and staff during arrival and dismissal, we ask that you minimize cell phone usage while you are waiting. We want to avoid any accidents or delay our arrival process due to distraction of cell phones. 

Arrival Car Line

For the safety of our students and staff, we ask that you wait for a staff member to unload your student from your car. This week, we almost had an accident involving a student due to them exiting the car without a staff member present to unload them. The reason for us waiting to clear the waves before unloading students is for their safety and to avoid accidents. We thank you for your patience and partnership in keeping all of our students safe. 

Reminder for this week:
Join us for our Family Association meeting on Thursday at 9am. This meeting will be in-person and via Zoom. CrimeStoppers will be on campus to discuss Bullying.

Student Devices

All students were provided with a laptop device and a charger. there are some students that have yet to receive a device and once we receive new laptops, we will distribute to those who do not have one yet. As we approach the end of Quarter 1, we have reports that some students have broken or damaged their student devices. The total cost for replacement for the device is $225 and the total cost for a laptop charger is $50. You will receive a notification in Skyward if your student's device needs to be replaced and paid for.

Attendance matters we are here to help!

We are here to help! We know that you may have some needs that arise as a parent/guardian that may impede you from being able to get your child to school. You can receive direct help by submitting a “Student Assistance Form” or, a SAF. To communicate any support needs you may have, please click here to submit a SAF! A campus Student Support Counselor will follow-up with you to determine the best way to get your need met.

SAFs can be submitted for:

· Urgent family concerns

· Family or student supplies or resources needed for school (i.e. uniforms, calculator, books, food)

· Student social and emotional concerns

· Student home or family concerns (food insecurity, clothing needs- uniform support, community resources, etc.)

· Student relationship concerns

· Concerns about bullying

¡Estamos aquí para ayudar! Sabemos que como padre/tutor puedes tener necesidades que dificulten llevar a tu hijo/a a la escuela. Puedes recibir ayuda directa enviando un "Formulario de Asistencia Estudiantil" o SAF. ¡Haz clic aquí para enviar un SAF y comunicar cualquier necesidad de apoyo que puedas tener! Un Consejero de Apoyo Estudiantil del campus se pondrá en contacto contigo para determinar la mejor manera de satisfacer tu necesidad.

Los SAF se pueden enviar para:
· Asuntos familiares urgentes
· Suministros o recursos necesarios para el estudiante o la familia (uniformes, calculadora, libros, alimentos, etc.)
· Preocupaciones sociales y emocionales del estudiante
